43-year-old Katrina Hern (Barnett) was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail after she was unable to behave at the Days Inn. Police say she was yelling, screaming, and attempting to fight the hotel staff when they arrived. Unable to get her to calm down, they took her into custody, charging her with disorderly conduct.
ARREST WARRANT / AFFIDAVIT:
Officers responded to 909 Conference Dr (Days INN) on a disorderly subject. Upon arrival, the defendant was acting erratically by yelling and cursing and causing a disturbance and attempting to fight with the hotel staff. Officers attempted to calm the defendant down but the defendant continued causing a disturbance. The defendant was then taken into custody, after further attempts to calm the defendant down. The defendant was transported to Metro Booking and charged with Disorderly Conduct
This is highly false information. Katrina Hern had been assaulted by the days inn hotel staff man that jump on her and attacked her first when the Afghanistan owner/mananager ordered his staff member to start throwing her stuff along with her guests in the dumpster the owners sidekick started beating katrina in front of witnesses with pictures to prove and she was upset from being abused by a man. The Goodlettsville police were more concerned about her being upset about that than arresting the man that attacked her. Her mother was there letting the pice know she has PTSD from being in a 12 year abusive relationship where she was beaten so badly many times she would be hospitalized and al.ost died a couple of times. The pice were attacking her more because she went into a flashback panic due to being harassed by the police instead of them arresting the man that attacked her. She had no prior record and had never been in any trouble before. Because she was in a panic state and very upset she the victim was being harassed by the police instead of the attacker the police arrested her in front of her witnesses and mother. Her mother was telling the police of her horrific past of being terribly beaten for so many years and the lady officer laughed at her mother and said she doesn’t know what abuse is. While at the jail the officers themselves continued to attack katrina and abuse her so badly her whole body is bruised and swollen. The pictures will be presented at court. The shackled her legs so tightly they cut into her ankles and had her cuffs so tight behind her back they as well were cutting into her wrists. They threw her into the transport van so hard on her head the hard impact made urine come out as she was on her head in the back of the metal van. Video and pictures will be at court. Again katrina had no previous record and had never had any trouble with the law at all. She has been a resident of Sumner County for 43 years and has done many wonderful and helpful things for her home city. Her family has retained an attorney and has many pictures and videos of the abuse she received from the Goodlettsville police.. If there was a way to upload the pictures I would put some on here. I was there and witnessed all myself. Court should be interesting.
