Police say school security video shows 18-year-old William Austin Richmond holding his girlfriend against her will, trapping her inside a vacant hallway of Hillsboro High School while attempting to get her to perform a sex act on him after she declined. He attempted to pull her into a stairwell behind a closed door as she struggled to escape. He is charged with two misdemeanors, domestic assault, and false imprisonment. He is free on a $2,000 bond.

| The victim reported that her boyfriend restricted her movement and attempted to push her into a stairwell and hallway without her permission. The entire incident was captured on cameras at the incident location of Hillsboro High school. The footage verifies the victim’s account. She stated that her boyfriend wanted her to perform oral sex and she refused. While trying to get her to perform the sexual act he grabbed her by the arms and held her in a vacant hallway despite the fact she was pulling away and trying to leave. The suspect also attempted to pull the victim into a stairwell behind a closed door. The victim struggled and continued to pull away in an attempt to flee. The victim reported that her boyfriend assaulted her at Hillsboro High school. The incident was captured on school cameras. The camera verifies the victim’s statement-. The victim reported that her boyfriend grabbed her by the arms and pushed her against the wall. The victim did not want the contact and found the contact offensive and she was scared for her safety. |

The article states that this predator is a teen, but he is 18 and of legal age. A young man, not just a teen. I hope this sets him straight and teaches him that he can’t force women to do what he wants. I am afraid for the women in his future.
