41-year-old Daniel Harvell, from Arizona, is charged with vandalism after he came to his son’s birthday party in Nashville at the home of the child’s mother, got drunk, and told family members they had all ruined his life. He then retreated to an upstairs room and punched a hole in the wall. He is free on a $2,500 bond.
ARREST WARRANT / AFFIDAVIT:
On August 21, 2021 officers were dispatched to the home of Sophia Chaidez in regards to a domestic altercation with the father of her children. Once on scene officers spoke with Chaidez who stated that the defendant had been drinking while at his son’s birthday party and became irate telling both Chaidez and her family members that they had all ruined his life.
While still intoxicated and upset the defendant went upstairs in the home and punched a hole into the wall of Chaidez’s home. The defendant had bruised knuckles consistent with hitting the wall, and when asked, the defendant admitted to punching a hole into the wall outside the room he was found in. Officers took the defendant into custody for domestic vandalism as the defendant has not lived at the address in over a year and a half, and currently resides in AZ.
They probably DID ruin his life….
