Her boyfriend, Montanez Knight, confronted her but said he was afraid of getting harmed, and ran back inside the house, dropping his keys in the process. She fled with his keys. 67-year-old Nina Sukhovetskaya says she got into an argument with a woman who lives with her after the woman would not open her bedroom door to allow her to see inside. Nina reportedly performed the Russian version of “flipping the bird” toward the victim, Amber Davis, who claims Nina’s hand lightly hit her in the nose. She is charged with domestic assault, and free on a $1,000 cash bond.

DUI: Man crawls out of wrong-way I-40 crash, claims he wasn’t the driver — Brian Lowery arrested

Police say 32-year-old Brian Lowery was driving the wrong way on the interstate Wednesday night at a high rate of speed when he crashed into another vehicle head-on and rolled over it. He tried to tell police he was just a passenger and wasn’t actually driving, however, witnesses were able to confirm he was the only person in the vehicle and clearly was the driver. He is free on a $2,500 cash bond.

36-year-old Erin Justesen was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail Wednesday after neighbors found her crawling around their lawns, screaming, and causing a neighborhood disturbance while admittedly intoxicated.
