Police say she flagged them down at the hospital where he was being treated for a suspected broken nose to tell them that Austin had pulled her hair so she punched him in the nose. Police determined that her timeline of events was a lie, and booked her into custody as the primary aggressor. She is free after a 12-hour hold for domestic violence and posting a $1,000 bond.

| Police were dispatched to 2000 Church Street (Ascension Saint Thomas Hospital Midtown)on a domestic call. The suspect (Alecxys) drove the victim (Austin) to St. Thomas hospital. The suspect flagged down police at the hospital and told them what happened. The suspect is the victim’s girlfriend. The suspect (Alecxys) told police that she and the victim (Austin) had gotten into a verbal argument inside her vehicle. The suspect told police that the victim had pulled her hair, and that is when she punched him in the nose and broke his nose. The victim stated that she then drove the victim to the hospital due to his injuries. The suspect didn’t have any visible injuries. The suspect admitted to punching the victim in the nose. The victim told police that he and the suspect were arguing inside her vehicle. The victim stated that the suspect got mad and punched him in the nose. The victim stated that after he got punched in the nose, that is when he grabbed her by the hair. Police placed the suspect under arrest and transported her to booking. The victim stayed at the hospital and checked himself in to receive medical care. The defendant was determined to be the primary aggressor. |
