An arrest warrant alleges 22-year-old Katelyn Gallagher has been harassing the same man she took out an order of protection against by calling him, sending Instagram messages, and coming to Vibes Bar & Lounge looking for him.

ARREST WARRANT / AFFIDAVIT:
On May 19, 2021, the defendant, Katelyn N. Gallagher, took out an order of protection on the victim, Troy D. Douglas. The defendant has since contacted the victim by phone, (615) 972-XXXX, twice on May 21, and once by Instagram, on May 31.
The victim also states that he heard that she came by the club, Vibes, to look for him on May 25th, which is the same day that he saw the suspect park near his residence and then drive by quickly at about 2310 hours. His residence is at XXXX 14th Ave. North. He is alarmed that she is trying to get him to communicate with her or otherwise violate the order of protection. He states that he has not communicated with her since the order of protection.
