COVA Wealth Advisor charged with stalking Nashville Banking Executive — David Biggs arrested

A Nashville banking executive broke up with her boyfriend, 41-year-old COVA Wealth Management Advisor, David Biggs, and asked him to cease all contact. Since then he’s been sending dozens of emails, texts, social media messages, and photos… eventually even sending her a physical copy of his own book, and leaving a note on her car. He even contacted her daughter. David Biggs is free on a $1,500 bond.

Nonprofit COO charged with sexual battery of employee; “rubbed her breasts on her” without consent — Stacey Murphy of TMHCA arrested

55-year-old Stacey Murphy, the COO of the Tennessee Mental Health Consumers’ Association (TMHCA), is accused of repeatedly “rubbing her breasts” on a female employee, touching her inappropriately, forcing her to go to the Dive Motel with her, and being constantly drunk while at the office. When the employee asked her to stop touching her inappropriately, she reportedly responded “What if I can’t?”. Murphy is free on a $6,500 bond.
