Metro Nashville Police say it took 4 of their officers to get 32-year-old Alianna Nevah Mikeila Mendoza into a patrol car after she bit a security guard at Kid Rock’s bar in downtown Nashville, after attempting to walk out without paying her tab. Once at booking, it took three officers to get her inside, despite her being in hobble restraints. She is free on pre-trial release.

| Officers were called w 221 Broadway for an intoxicated subject who was assaulting the staff at the location. Officers arrived and found the defendant extremely intoxicated. After speaking with the staff officers learned that the defendant had attempted to leave the location without paying for her tab. When the staff at the location stopped her, she became extremely disruptive and bit a security officer. On-site security took her into custody and gave her to police officers when they arrived. Officers observed the defendant intoxicated and actively resisting arrest. Officers had to struggle with her using soft empty hand control to get her into a patrol car (four officers) then were forced to use hobbling restraints once she was in. Three officers were required to get her into booking. Officers charged the defendant with disorderly conduct as she actively engaged in fighting behavior with security just inside the entrance at 221 Broadway which caused public alarm. Officers charged the defendant with public intoxication because the defendant was intoxicated and assaulting staff at 221 Broadway officers determined that she was a danger to others while intoxicated. On 9/4/2021 at 2148 hours officers were called to an assault at 221 Broadway. When officers arrived, on-site security had already placed the defendant in handcuffs. Based on statements made by the victim as well as other individuals on-site officers learned that the defendant attempted to leave the premises without paying her tab. As on-site security stopped her from leaving she became combative forcing them to place her in cuffs and request police assistance. As security was placing her into handcuffs the defendant bit the victim on the top right side of his forehead. Officer could clearly observe a bite mark that broke the skin on the victim’s forehead. |
