24-year-old Jacob Elders was charged with #PublicIntoxication Sunday at the Titans’ game by MNPD Officer Megan Arnett, after she determined he was too drunk to take care of himself, and she says his ‘associates’ refused to be responsible for him. He spent the full 8-hour intoxication hold in jail before being released.
ARREST WARRANT / AFFIDAVIT:
ON 9/26/2021 WHILE WORKING THE TITANS GAME AT 1 TITANS WAY OFFICERS WERE NOTIFIED BY APEX INTERNAL SECURITY THAT THEY HAD AN INDIVIDUAL THAT WAS INTOXICATED. THE INDIVIDUAL WAS UNSTEADY ON HIS FEET HAD SLURRED SPEECH, AND HAD THE ODOR OF ALCOHOL COMING FROM HIS PERSON.
THE INDIVIDUAL WAS UNABLE TO CARE FOR HIMSELF AND HIS ASSOCIATES REFUSED TO CARE FOR HIM. THE INDIVIDUAL WAS OFFERED MEDICAL ASSISTANCE BUT REFUSED. THE INDIVIDUAL WAS THEN TAKEN INTO CUSTODY FOR INTOXICATION. THE INDIVIDUAL WAS TRANSPORTED TO BOOKING WITHOUT INCIDENT.
