22-year-old Zachary John Allor, of Michigan, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail just before 1 a.m. Friday after police say he was under the influence of an unknown intoxicant in Printers Alley. They found him rolling around on the ground, covered in soot, and eventually went on a rampage, ripping an entire bumper and headlights from a nearby vehicle. #VisitMusicCity

Receiving a disorderly person call near Printers Alley, the defendant was observed under the influence of some unknown intoxicant. The defendant exhibited odd and unusual behavior; damaging property, rolling around on the ground, deviated speech, unsteadiness on his feet when standing, and being covered in soot. It was apparent the defendant was unable to ensure his own safety and was a danger to the public.
The defendant was observed vandalizing the victim’s vehicle in an apparent drunken rage. The defendant ripped the victim’s front bumper and headlights from his vehicle. The defendant and victim have no relation. The victim confronted the defendant, asking him why he vandalized his vehicle. The defendant stated he believed the vehicle was his.
