DUI: Woman blows over double the legal BAC after West Nashville crash — Hannah Coots

28-year-old Hannah Coots says she had a Corona, three beers, and a couple of shots of Bourbon before crashing her vehicle in West Nashville Sunday night. After performing poorly on field sobriety tests, officers say she blew a 0.191 BAC on a breathalyzer test.

Woman finds husband at another woman’s home, lures him out, assaults him — Ynisha Williams

39-year-old Ynisha Williams is free on a $5,000 bond after she locked her husband, Medicus Smith, out of the marital home then later located him at the home of Brittney Sumrall, where she left a note on his vehicle in the driveway and waited. Once he came outside to read the note she ran up to him and punched and stabbed him in the eye socket with her keys, causing him to be transported to the hospital. The note read: “Medicus: Ha, Ha, Ha! Hope you had fun at Brittany’s house! Told you that I’m a smart b—h, not dumb… & Let the games Begin!!! -Wifey”

Woman punched in face by daughter to stop her drunken rampage — Renada Shoemake, Mother, arrested

41-year-old Renada Shoemake is jailed in lieu of a $2,000 bond after she showed up at her daughter’s home heavily intoxicated making allegations of child abuse against someone that confirmed to have not even been in the area for over two months. She attempted to beat down the daughter’s door, pushed in an air conditioning unit, and broke a window. Eventually, the daughter resorted to punching her mother, Renada Shoemake, in the face multiple times until she stopped.

Woman charged after attempting to pay for beer with hotel keycard — Laura Kathryn Kelley

30-year-old Laura Kathryn Kelley tried paying for her beer at SandBar Nashville with a hotel keycard. When it wouldn’t work, she became upset and caused a scene, resulting in her being asked to leave the location by property management, security, and police – each of which she declined. She was charged with public intoxication and criminal trespass.

Man says he wishes he would have punched girlfriend before breaking her phone — Devon Davis

31-year-old Devon Davis is jailed in lieu of a $3,500 bond after breaking his girlfriend’s iPhone. He reportedly also said he wished he could have hit her before he smashed her phone. Davis is charged with domestic assault and vandalism.

Tourist says he was “wasted” when found inside of secured federal courthouse courtyard after hours — Callan Isley

21-year-old Callan Isley, from New York, says he was “wasted” and unsure how he ended up attempting to climb a fence to get out of the secured courtyard of a federal courthouse in downtown Nashville Wednesday night. He received “minor injuries” from federal protective service officers Jason Talbert and Christopher Bullock during the arrest. #VisitMusicCity
