Metro Nashville Police say 27-year-old Brittney Black was so intoxicated at the 3 Crow Bar in East Nashville that they received multiple calls about her late Saturday night. When she refused to leave the bar they eventually took her into custody due to her level of intoxication.
ARREST WARRANT / AFFIDAVIT:
ON 10/16/2021 AT APPROXIMATELY 2300 HOURS, POLICE WERE DISPATCHED TO 1024 WOODLAND ST (3 CROW BAR), IN RESPONSE TO AN INTOXICATED PERSON. POLICE RECEIVED MULTIPLE CALLS ABOUT THE DEFENDANT, REGARDING HER HAVING A HIGH LEVEL OF INTOXICATION AND REFUSING TO LEAVE THE BAR.
UPON ARRIVAL, POLICE MADE CONTACT WITH THE DEFENDANT, WHO WAS STANDING OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR OF THE BAR. THE DEFENDANT WAS UNSTEADY ON HER FEET, HAD SLURRED SPEECH, AND HAD THE ODOR OF ALCOHOL EMITTING FROM HER PERSON. THE DEFENDANT WAS PLACED INTO CUSTODY DUE TO HER HIGH LEVEL OF INTOXICATION MAKING HER A DANGER TO HERSELF AND OTHERS. THE DEFENDANT WAS PLACED INTO CUSTODY WITHOUT INCIDENT.
