27-year-old Connor House is free on a $30,000 bond, charged with the felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon of two bouncers at Rebar Midtown. Shane Jenkins and Noah Cahours say House threw and shattered a beer bottle, causing them both to sustain visible injuries. They detained him after a brief chase, until police arrived.
At the time of this arrest, Connor House was free on a $15,000 bond from A Around the Clock Bonding after causing $17,000 of damage to his parent’s home when they locked him out. At the time of that arrest, he was also free on another $17,000 bond with the same company, after two domestic assaults on his girlfriend.

| ON 10/10/2021 AT APPROXIMATELY 0100 HOURS, OFFICERS WERE DISPATCHED TO A FIGHT CALL FOR SERVICE AT 1909 DIVISION ST. UPON ARRIVAL, OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH ONE OF THE VICTIMS (SHANE JENKINS) WHO IS A BOUNCER AT 1919 DIVISION ST (REBAR). THE VICTIM STATED HE AND ANOTHER BOUNCER (NOAH CAHOURS) ASKED THE DEFENDANT TO LEAVE THE LOCATION DUE TO BEING DISORDERLY. THE VICTIM STATED THE DEFENDANT BEGAN TO GET VERY AGITATED AND LEFT THE LOCATION TOWARDS DIVISION STREET. THE VICTIM AND EYEWITNESS STATED THEY BOTH WATCHED THE DEFENDANT PICK UP A BEER BOTTLE FROM THE STREET AND THREW IT AT BOTH THE VICTIM AND EYEWITNESS WHILE THEY WERE STANDING AT THE ENTRANCE OF THE LOCATION. THE DEFENDANT THROWING THE BEER BOTTLE RESULTED IN BOTH THE VICTIM AND EYEWITNESS SUSTAINING VISIBLE INJURIES. VICTIM AND EYE WITNESS STATED THE DEFENDANT TOOK OFF RUNNING SHORTLY AFTER THROWING THE BEER BOTTLE AT THEM. THE VICTIM STATED HE CHASED THE DEFENDANT EASTBOUND ON DIVISION ST WHERE HE WAS DETAINED BY THE VICTIM. OFFICERS ARRIVED AT THE SCENE AND OBSERVED THE DEFENDANT DETAINED SITTING ON THE FLOOR AND ALSO OBSERVED VISIBLE INJURIES TO THE VICTIM AND EYEWITNESS. UPON SPEAKING WITH THE DEFENDANT, DEFENDANT STATED MULTIPLE TIMES THAT HE DID BECOME UNRULY AND DID THROW A BEER BOTTLE AT THE VICTIM AND EYE WITNESS. THE VICTIM STATED STATED HE DID WANT ASSISTANCE WITH PROSECUTION. |
