Metro Nashville Police say 34-year-old Francis Castellucci had been drinking at the Lipstick Lounge in East Nashville and became angry with other patrons who were leaving and began to harass and threaten them. Due to his high level of intoxication, he was taken into custody and transported to booking.
ARREST WARRANT / AFFIDAVIT:
ON 10/10/2021 OFFICERS WERE DISPATCHED TO 1400 WOODLAND ST FOR A DISORDERLY PERSON YELLING AT PATRONS OF THE LIPSTICK LOUNGE. EMPLOYEES OF THE LIPSTICK LOUNGE STATED THE DEFENDANT HAD SEVERAL DRINKS AT THE LOCATION AND BECAME ANGRY WITH OTHER PATRONS THAT WERE LEAVING AND YELLING AT THEM OUTSIDE OF THE LOCATION.
ONE EMPLOYEE HAD A VIDEO OF THE DEFENDANT CUSSING AT AND THREATENING ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL. THE DEFENDANT HAD SLURRED SPEECH, WAS UNSTEADY ON HIS FEET AND HAD AN ODOR OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AND ADMITTED TO CONSUMING ALCOHOL. OFFICERS TOOK CUSTODY OF THE DEFENDANT FOR PUBLIC INTOXICATION AS A DANGER TO HIMSELF AND OTHERS WITHOUT ISSUE.
