ARREST WARRANT / AFFIDAVIT:
On 10/12/2021 While at the Justice A.A. Birch building the defendant left the courtroom and I waited inside to give him ample time to leave the courthouse. When I exited the courtroom, the defendant was waiting in the hallway. He became upset and began yelling false accusations at me. The defendant was made to leave by security.
Courthouse security escorted me downstairs and out of the courthouse. Once outside the defendant approached me again angry and yelling. He was physically detained by security while I retreated inside. I was hysterical and crying because the defendant’s actions frightened me and caused me emotional distress. Vicitm and defendant were in a dating relationship.
