21-year-old Thomas Conley is charged with domestic assault after police say he tackled 19-year-old Bree Shaffer to the ground during an argument over her child getting vaccinated. He reportedly stated “If you’re not going to take (the child) to get the vaccine, I’ll do it myself” and picked up the child. Since isn’t the child’s biological father, she told him she would call the police, and which point he reportedly told her she “wasn’t going to call anybody”, and eventually tossed her phone off a balcony, preventing her from calling 911. He is free on a $3,500 bond.

| Victim (Bree Shaffer, 19) states that today she and the suspect were in an argument over the victim’s child. The suspect (Thomas Conley, 21) stated that if she wasn’t going to take her child to get the vaccine that he would do it himself, and picked up the child. The victim stated that since the suspect is not the father of the child she was calling the police. The suspect then grabbed the victim’s phone and threw it out and then tackled her to the ground, and he was acting like he was going to punch her, and told her she wasn’t going to call anybody. After the victim was attempting to call the police the suspect took the victim’s phone out of her hand and threw it down off a balcony to the bottom floor. The victim then was able to get free and got to her phone which was still working and called PD and the suspect fled. |
