36-year-old Steven Morris has been jailed in lieu of a $75,000 bond after a Davidson County Grand Jury indicted him on three counts of aggravated rape of a child.

THE GRAND JURORS of Davidson County, Tennessee, duly impaneled and sworn, upon their oath, present that STEVEN DEWAYNE MORRIS on or around the 31st day of January 2021, in Davidson County, Tennessee and before the finding of this indictment, did intentionally, knowingly, or recklessly engage in unlawful sexual penetration of ***** (D.O.B. 01-15-2017), a child less than eight (8) years of age, in violation of Tennessee Code Annotated § 39-13-531, and against the peace and dignity of the State of Tennessee.
