22-year-old Isaac Jordan was deemed to be too drunk for Kid Rock’s bar Saturday night when he became disorderly and refused to leave when asked by bar staff. When police arrived he continued to yell that he “didn’t do anything wrong!” and reeked of alcohol. He was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail, charged with public intoxication.

ARREST WARRANT / AFFIDAVIT:
Officers responded to 221 Broadway regarding a disorderly individual who was intoxicated and refused to leave the bar when asked. Upon arrival, the defendant, Isaac Jordan, was observed to be unsteady on his feet and yelling that he didn’t do anything wrong.
While speaking to the defendant, officers could smell the odor of an alcoholic beverage on his expelled breath as he spoke. The defendant admitted to police that he was drunk and could not tell officers where his hotel was. Officer determined that the defendant was not capable of taking care of himself and was taken into custody without incident. The defendant was identified via state-issued picture ID and police computer.
