38-year-old Hunter Brooke Macfarlane, a tourist from North Carolina, was found on the floor of Miranda Lambert’s Casa Rosa on Broadway in downtown Nashville with his pants around his ankles, having defecated on himself while screaming: “They [security guards] are trying to kill me!” Security flagged down officers after the man refused to leave, and he was transported to booking, where he was charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct. He is free on pre-trial release.

| ON 11/12/2021 AT APPROXIMATELY 2010 HOURS, OFFICERS WERE DISPATCHED TO 308 BROADWAY IN RESPONSE TO A DISORDERLY PERSON. OFFICERS WERE FLAGGED DOWN BY BOUNCERS AT THE LOCATION. THE BOUNCERS TOLD OFFICERS THAT THE DEFENDANT WAS REFUSING TO LEAVE. WHEN OFFICERS WENT INTO THE LOCATION, THE DEFENDANT WAS LAYING ON THE FLOOR WITH HIS PANTS AROUND HIS ANKLES AND HAD DEFECATED HIMSELF. THE DEFENDANT KEPT SCREAMING “THEY ARE TRYING TO KILL ME” AND WOULD NOT LEAVE THE LOCATION. THE DEFENDANT WAS ANNOYING THE OTHER PATRONS IN THE LOCATION. THE DEFENDANT WAS CURSING AND REFUSED TO COMPLY WITH THE OFFICERS COMMANDS. OFFICERS OBSERVED THAT THE DEFENDANT WAS UNSTEADY ON HIS FEET, HAD AN OBVIOUS ODOR OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE ON HIS EXPELLED BREATH, AND HAD SLURRED SPEECH. THE DEFENDANT WAS SO INTOXICATED THAT HE POSED A DANGER TO HIMSELF AND OTHERS. THE DEFENDANT WAS TAKEN INTO CUSTODY. |
