ARREST WARRANT / AFFIDAVIT:
On 12/22/2021 at 1738 hours, I, Officer Redifer with the Metro Nashville Airport Police, was dispatched to a white female that was denied boarding due to intoxication. Upon my arrival at the gate, I spoke with Anita McPherson who appeared to be intoxicated and was refusing to leave the gate area when asked.
After getting her to start walking towards the exit Anita was stumbling and unable to keep her balance. Once outside, while speaking with her friend on the phone who was picking her up, Anita became belligerent, approached me, and placed her hands on my chest. This is when Anita was arrested for Public Intoxication.
