33-year-old Katrina Shollenberger is free on a $2,000 bond after being charged with domestic vandalism Sunday and booked into the Metro Nashville Jail. Court records allege she sprayed a chemical inside her ex-husband’s truck making it smell “very bad” after a verbal argument between the two adults. Katrina told police that one of her children sprayed the chemical, that it wasn’t her. She was transported to jail and charged with domestic vandalism.
ARREST WARRANT / AFFIDAVIT:
ON 12/05/2021 AT ABOUT 1501 HRS POLICE WERE DISPATCHED TO 4121 LEBANON PIKE FOR A DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE CALL FOR SERVICE. OFFICES MADE CONTACT WITH MR. SHOLLENBERGER WHO IS THE VICTIM. HE STATED THAT HE WAS HAVING A VERBAL ARGUMENT WITH HIS EX-WIFE MS. SHOLLENBERGER WHO IS THE DEFENDANT.
THE VICTIM STATED THAT HE WITNESSED THE DEFENDANT GET A CHEMICAL FROM THE HOUSE AND SPRAY IT INSIDE THE INTERIOR HIS TRUCK, MAKING IT SMELL VERY BAD. OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH THE DEFENDANT. SHE STATED THAT SHE DID NOT SPRAY THE CHEMICAL ONE OF HER CHILDREN DID. THE DEFENDANT ADMITTED TO OFFICERS THAT THE VEHICLE IN QUESTION WAS THE VICTIMS VEHICLE AND NOT SHARED PROPERTY. OFFICERS DETERMINED THAT THE DEFENDANT WAS THE PRIMARY AGGRESSOR. THE DEFENDANT WAS TAKEN INTO CUSTODY FOR DOMESTIC VANDALISM.
