27-year-old Jonathan Curran was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail after officers observed him repeatedly instigating fights with random individuals on Broadway in downtown Nashville. He was asked multiple times to stop escalating incidents and refused to comply. He was transported to booking and charged with disorderly conduct.
ARREST WARRANT / AFFIDAVIT:
OFFICERS RESPONDED TO A DISORDERLY CONDUCT CALL AT 417 BROADWAY. OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH THE DEFENDANT AND HE WAS OBSERVED TO BE ACTIVELY ATTEMPTING TO ENGAGE IN A PHYSICAL FIGHT WITH PATRONS AT THE BAR. THE DEFENDANT DID NOT LISTEN TO THE COMMANDS OF OFFICERS WHEN HE WAS TOLD TO STOP ESCALATING THE INCIDENT.
OFFICERS TOOK THE DEFENDANT INTO CUSTODY WITHOUT INCIDENT AFTER HE REFUSED TO COMPLY WITH OFFICERS COMMANDS AND WAS OBSERVED TO BE INITIATING FIGHTS WITH OTHER CITIZENS.
