50-year-old Wesley Migletz is charged with domestic assault with bodily injury after police responded to his wife, Winny, who was hiding in a nearby parking garage. She explained her husband was threatening to carry out a murder/suicide. The wife played a recording on which Wes can be heard saying “you are a parasite, if you had any decency you would eat the bullet and not make me scatter your brains” before punching her, and her crying out in pain. Officers documented the victim’s injuries and located Wes Migletz walking his dog nearby, and took him into custody. He is free on a $2,500 cash bond.

| On 12/31 /21 at approximately 0140 hours officers were dispatched to 1803 Broadway apt 402 on a domestic disturbance. Upon police arrival officers spoke to Winny Migletz who was hiding in a nearby parking garage. She stated that her husband, Wesley Migletz, threaten to kill her and himself. Winny had an audible video on her phone. On it officers heard a male voice tell Winny “you are a parasite, if you had any decency you would eat the bullet and not make me scatter your brains.” Later in the video officers heard a loud noise and Winny cry out in pain. Winny stated that it was Wesley on the phone recording and the noise was him hitting her. Officers observed visible bruising on her left arm. Officers located Wesley Migletz walking his dog at 21st Ave s and Grand Ave. |
