26-year-old Zachary Queen was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after police say he was driving around erratically and suddenly jumped out of his vehicle and pointed a gun at a former co-worker, and threatened to shoot him. The motive for the assault wasn’t clear at the time of the arrest. Queen is free on a $10,000 bond.

ARREST WARRANT / AFFIDAVIT:
The victim and witness both stated that the defendant had been driving around the location very erratically. The defendant then stopped at 436 E. Iris and got out of his vehicle. The victim and the witness both stated that the defendant then ran at the victim. The defendant then pointed a black pistol at the victim and told him that he was going to shoot him. The victim and the witness know the defendant as they all used to work at the location together.
