22-year-old Kimora Hamilton Abeln (wife of Daniel Abeln) was also arrested in Nashville this weekend after the couple got into an altercation with bouncers at a downtown Nashville bar on Broadway. After police arrested her husband, she was found to be too intoxicated to care for herself and to also be causing an unwanted disturbance. She is charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct, and is free on pre-trial release.

ARREST WARRANT / AFFIDAVIT:
Officers were called to 417 Broadway on a fight in progress; the defendant and her husband were in a physical altercation with the bouncers at the bar. The defendant and her husband started the fight after they were asked to leave and then refused. Officers made contact with the defendant who was unsteady on her feet, had slurred speech, bloodshot watery eyes, and a strong smell of alcoholic beverages emitting from her person. Due to her behavior and other indicators officers determined the defendant to be a danger to herself and others.
