35-year-old grown adult Megan Davis admits she threw her roommate’s wooden dresser drawers and contents outside in the grass, destroying both them and the contents. The roommate, Holly Baughman, came home to see her things on the ground and then the two got into an argument that even the police could not determine who started. Due to the confession, police charged Megan Davis with vandalism and transported her to booking. She is free on a $1,000 bond.

| The victim and the defendant are roommates and live at 595 Hicks Rd apt 19-O. The victim is in the process of moving out and when she returned to her apartment she noticed that her 2 wooden dresser drawers had been thrown in the grass and the contents of the drawers were scattered beside the drawers. The victim started walking up the steps to her upstairs apartment when she met the defendant at the top of the stairs. The victim and the defendant got into a physical altercation where they both claimed the other person had started the fight. During the investigation, the defendant admitted to Police that she was upset with the victim because she believed the victim was stealing from her and she threw the victim’s wooden dresser drawers on the ground. The defendant had thrown the dresser drawers on the ground before the altercation took place. The dresser drawers were both damaged from where they hit the ground. An approximate dollar amount will be $500. After watching video of the altercation, Police were unable to determine who assaulted who first. The victim wanted to prosecute for the vandalism but could not prosecute tonight. Police prosecuted for the vandalism due to the drawers being damaged and the defendant admitted to throwing them on the ground. |
