Four charged with felony marijuana possession & distribution — half-pound found during traffic stop

Just after 6 p.m. on Friday, police attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a black Volkswagen, however, the car fled the area. Officers were able to get the tag number and again located the vehicle almost 28 hours later near 1st Ave S. & Korean Veterans Blvd. As officers approached the vehicle, they could see just over a half-pound of marijuana in the back seat in separate baggies. All four individuals in the vehicle were charged with felony possession with intent to distribute: Demarrrio Bowen, 19, Lamont D. Begley, 19, Brandon D. Jnobaptiste, 23, and Donnell Booker, 18.

Demarrrio Bowen, 19, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on March 27th, charged with possession with intent to distribute. A commissioner set his bond at $2,500, and he was given pre-trial release to his 1501 Woodland Point Drive address in Nashville.

Lamont D. Begley, 19, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on March 27, charged with possession with intent to distribute. A commissioner set his bond at $2,500, and he was given pre-trial release to his 604 S. 5th Street address in Nashville.

Brandon D. Jnobaptiste, 23, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on March 27, charged with possession with intent to distribute. He is free on a $5,000 bond to his 1276 Foster Ave address in Nashville.

Donnell Booker, 18, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on March 27th, charged with possession with intent to distribute. A commissioner set his bond at $2,500 and he was given pre-trial release to his 822 Sugarcane Way address in Clarksville, TN.
