Metro Nashville Police Officer Nicholaus George observed 43-year-old Jessica Harback in the roadway at 24th Ave N and West End Ave under the influence of an “intoxicating substance,” according to an arrest report. She was reportedly unable to care for herself and was causing an unreasonable annoyance to people in the vicinity.
Jessica Harback was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on May 16th, and charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $1,000.
