43-year-old Cheryl Biddle was booked this week on an outstanding warrant charging her with impersonating a professional. A Nashville family hired Biddle via Care.com as an “in-home nurse” to care for a family member recovering from an illness. She presented herself as a “licensed registered nurse” in both her online profile and during a subsequent interview with the family. During her employment, a family member walked in on Biddle going through after being aware that items recently became missing from the home, including medications and jewelry. Her employment was terminated. As the investigation continued into Biddle, it was learned her license was suspended by the state in 2019 in an agreed-upon consent order involving the misuse and mishandling of narcotics, which Biddle signed.
Cheryl N. Biddle of Jaywood Dr in Old Hickory, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on September 24th, charged with impersonating a professional. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $5,000.
