Police say 37-year-old Brian Hubert struck several parked vehicles in downtown Nashville after he drank a 24oz Mexican beer and 12oz mule drink prior to driving. Hubert claims he was driving his 2022 Chevrolet Traverse when another vehicle was coming toward him on 5th Ave N, and he moved over, causing him to strike multiple vehicles. He performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was charged with driving under the influence.
Brian D. Hubert of 5th Ave in Nashville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on October 24th, charged with driving under the influence. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $1,500.
