36-year-old Chez Nortman, a tourist from Houston, TX, was screaming inside the hallways of the Virgin Hotel in downtown Nashville with his pants and underwear falling down multiple times as he shouted profanities and asked Metro Nashville Police officers to fellate him… a request that officers were sure to note they refused.
Metro Nashville Police responded to the Virgin Hotel in downtown Nashville late Sunday night as Chez Nortman yelled and screamed throughout the hallways and public areas. He refused to leave on his own and was formally trespassed from the property. After continued refusal to leave, Nortman was advised he was under arrest. While placing him into custody, his pants and underwear fell down multiple times.
While making their way to the patrol car, Nortman referred to staff and other citizens as “fat cunts” and “motherfuckers.” Officers say Nortman was also screaming “call 911” as an interlude to his profanities. Officers reminded him they were 911, and he responded with more profanities and requests to fellate him. Officers were careful to note it was a request “which we refused” in the arrest report. Nortman attempted to kick out a window once in the patrol car and reportedly sobbed and screamed for help until he arrived at booking.
Chez Nortman of Elmdle Dr in Houston, TX, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on October 16th, charged with criminal trespass and disorderly conduct. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $2,000, and the Davison County Sheriff’s Office gave him pre-trial release from their facility.
