39-year-old Fabian Moore is charged with unlawful photography, which is Tennessee’s watered-down version of the revenge porn law. Police say his ex-girlfriend of three years, Karina Abella, came to the Family Safety Center to report Moore had recorded sex acts between the two of them without her consent and sent it to her new boyfriend. Moore made admissions to sending the video, which demonstrated his past work, to the new boyfriend.
Fabian J. Moore of Dover Glen Dr in Antioch, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on November 18th, charged with unlawful photography. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $2,000.
