29-year-old Genesa Hill crashed her vehicle on Briley Parkway in the early hours of Sunday morning. Police and Nashville Fire medics responded to the scene, and Hill refused all medical assistance. Officers say she was “hysterical and crying” and couldn’t stand up without assistance. Inside the vehicle was an open bottle of Hennessy, and Hill smelled of alcohol. She admitted to consuming “several shots” at a bar earlier in the night. She performed poorly on field sobriety tests and later blew a 0.16% BAC on a breathalyzer.
