25-year-old Anthony Nelson was only wearing a pair of soaked boxers as police observed him in the fountain located at 1 Symphony Place in downtown Nashville with other more naked men early Sunday morning. As he climbed out of the fountain to awaiting officers, he was unsteady on his feet and visibly intoxicated. He was transported to booking and charged with public intoxication.
Anthony Nelson was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on February 26th, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $100.
