Early Saturday morning, police encountered 22-year-old Malena McKinney, who was extremely intoxicated on 4th Ave N. in downtown Nashville and was resisting all efforts of her friends to get her home safely. McKinney was belligereant and refused all offers of assistance, including medics, who also responded to the scene. She was eventually taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.
Malena Elizabeth McKinney was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on February 25th, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $100.
