25-year-old Roy Carter was jailed on March 21st for allegedly attempting to break into someone’s apartment on Hickory Boulevard. Carter matched the description of the man causing a public disturbance. When officers arrived, he was unsteady on his feet, had slurred speech, bloodshot watery eyes, and a strong odor of alcohol coming from him. He was determined to just be drunk and was transported to booking.
Roy L. Carter was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on March 21st, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $100.
