32-year-old William Harmon was the driver of a white Nissan Altima with front end damage being driven without any lights at 30 mph on I-65 South on March 2. When officers arrived in the area, they located the vehicle on the shoulder of the road and in drive. Harmon was asleep with one foot on the brake. Additional officers arrived to secure the vehicle, and Harmon was helped out of the car. He performed poorly on field sobriety tests, and police believe he was under the influence of an opiate. He has prior DUI convictions in 2014, 2013, and 2010.
William London Harmon was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on March 3rd, charged with driving under the influence (4th offense). A judicial commissioner set his bond at $7,500.
