28-year-old Abby Fagan was jailed this week on an outstanding warrant from March 11th after attacking her ex-boyfriend when he brought up her infidelity. Police responded to Whitland Crossing Drive and spoke with George Hutchison, who said that Abigail came to his house to discuss their relationship. He confronted Abigail about her cheating, and she got agitated and attacked him. She scratched George multiple times and left marks that corroborated the story. George grabbed Abigail and pushed her onto the couch in self-defense. George finally got Abigail to leave his home. Officers could not find Abigail to hear her side of the story. George did not wish to prosecute. Police determined Abigail to be the primary aggressor.
Abigail Elizabeth Fagan of Joust Ct in Antioch, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on April 7th, charged with domestic assault with bodily injury. She is free on a $1,000 bond.
