32-year-old Cody Riggs was denied entry to the Lucky Bastard Saloon in downtown Nashville late Saturday night due to his already excessive state of intoxication. After being denied entry and making a second attempt, Metro Nashville Police officers were contacted and responded to the venue. They observed Riggs to be unsteady on his feet and given one more option to leave. Instead, he disagreed and attempted to enter the bar a third time. He was then taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.
Cody Riggs was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on April 2nd, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $100.
