30-year-old Stephen Nolan was jailed on April 8th for trying to fight pedestrians at Broadway Brewhouse downtown. Police observed Nolan being told multiple times by pedestrians to leave them alone and walk away, but he refused. Officers then spoke with Nolan and could smell alcohol coming from his breath and saw his bloodshot eyes. Officers determined him to be a danger to himself and others and took him into custody.
Stephen Peter Nolan was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on April 8, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $100.
