53-year-old James Morrissettie was jailed in the early hours of Sunday morning after causing a disturbance outside Miranda Lambert’s bar in downtown Nashville. A witness, who was a Canadian firefighter, had to rip James off his girlfriend after the two engaged in a physical altercation. Both parties were extremely intoxicated and the victim wasn’t able to tell officers where she was. Neither party wanted to press any charges, and James was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.
James P. Morrissettie was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on May 14th, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $100.
