Nashville Underground sued; bouncer charged after attacking black couple, body-slammed female, left both bleeding

Bouncer Jordan Frye stopped the elevator doors and got into the elevator with the patrons. Once inside the elevator, Frye is charged with punching the black male patron in the face, then grabbing the black female, and body slamming her onto the floor of the elevator. Frye then picked up the male from behind, and placed him in a headlock.

In testimony, Chad Baker admitted it was never the practice to separate dogs by size in play areas, despite the claim on their website – which he says he copied and pasted from other websites, without reading the details.

Judge Issues Order of Protection against MNPD Officer; It’s suddenly withdrawn, shredded, MNPD refuses records requests

A judge granted an emergency ex-parte order of protection against an MNPD Officer for 2 citizens that presented a complaint. He signed the order. The officer was decommissioned, OPA got involved & the complainant suddenly withdrew the complaint, OPA cleared the officer, returning her to duty, the Officer sued the citizen for $5K, profited a lot more than she would have made working, and the MNPD is still refusing to honor any records requests about the incident.

Nashville Landlord Gets Served… With Restraining Order

She was current on rent. He threatened to remove the backdoor and physically remove her. When that didn’t work, he disconnected the electricity & water. She got help from the Legal Aid Society, and on Thursday a judge signed an order against landlord Larry Jordan, requiring him to restore utilities to the property, and he has yet to comply.
