She invited him over to make gingerbread houses; he chose violence — Shaquille D Bowen arrested

27-year-old Shaquille Bowen faces multiple charges after an argument started as he was making gingerbread houses with his girlfriend, LaShonda Simpson, who had invited him over. Simpson says she went outside and sat in the car after the argument became heated and he yelled and threatened to break things, leading to the couple fighting in the grass outside for an “extended time” before taking it to the gravel on her patio, and back into the grass. He eventually fled the residence. She also did not say there overnight. The following morning, she received a phone call that he had broken into her apartment through a window and slept there while she was gone. Bowen is charged with domestic assault, aggravated trespass, and vandalism. He remains jailed in lieu of a $6,500 bond.

Mother reportedly assaults, bites, claws, even growls at father during custody exchange — Priscila Migliorini arrested

45-year-old Priscila Migliorini is charged with the domestic assault of the father of her child after she reportedly brutally attacked him over a misunderstanding over a piece of paper during a custody exchange at Gold’s Gym Bellevue. Video footage reportedly shows her digging her nails into his wrists, biting, punching, scratching, grabbing, cursing, and even growling at him, all while he’s holding the young child in his arms. Police say eventually the young child cried so loudly that Priscila ‘snapped out of her rage’. She is charged with domestic assault and is free on a $1,000 cash bond.

Another tourist too drunk for Broadway in downtown Nashville — Holly Frye #VisitMusicCity

42-year-old Holly Frye was doing what all tourists do in downtown Nashville and was extremely intoxicated according to officers working the Entertainment District Initiative last weekend. Bystanders flagged down police after she had fallen and was stumbling around, unable to maintain her composure. Officer gave her opportunities to call a friend, order a rideshare, and even dispatched medics to the scene to offer her a trip to the hospital to get checked out, all in an effort to avoid an arrest. She declined all of the choices presented to her and stated she just wanted to go home, however, that was not one of the available options, as she had no way to safely get there. Officers transported her to the Metro Nashville Jail, where she was charged with public intoxication.

22-year-old Yessica Leon was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail early Monday morning after police responded to a single-vehicle crash of which she was the driver. Yessica admitted to having “3-4 drinks” at a local bar before attempting to drive herself home. She showed signs of intoxication on all field sobriety tests and blew a 0.177% BAC on a breathalyzer test. She is free on pre-trial release.

Wife bites husband after trapping him in bedroom, demanding to ‘TALK NOW!’ — Jamie Davis-Jones arrested

29-year-old Jamie Davis-Jones was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail Tuesday on an outstanding warrant from November, charging her with domestic assault. According to an arrest warrant and a witness statement, her husband was attempting to get some rest before work, however, she demanded they have a conversation now, so she could reportedly accuse him of cheating. As he walked to the bedroom to get some rest, she followed him and trapped him inside. When attempted to nudge back past her, she latched onto him, leaving a visible bite injury to his bicep area. She is free on a $2,000 bond.

Man charged in assault of boyfriend after he doesn’t want to go out — Richard Hall arrested

29-year-old Richard Hall is charged with the domestic assault of his boyfriend after police say he demanded the victim get ready to meet a friend, and the victim refused, saying he didn’t feel well. The couple, who was staying at a Goodlettsville hotel, had prior domestic disturbances, and as the victim attempted to call to report the current situation using code words, Hall reportedly took the phone from him, and threw him across the bed, resulting in bodily injury. Hall is charged with interfering with an emergency call and domestic assault, and is jailed in lieu of a $2,000 bond.

“My lawyer is going to be mad at me”… says Rebecca Moss, charged with DUI

34-year-old Rebecca Moss was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail Friday night after a traffic stop resulted in her arrest. Officers initially pulled her over for failing to maintain her lane of travel, and once stopped, quickly realized she was driving under the influence. Officers noted an open pint of whiskey in the cup holder next to her, and when she was asked to step out of the vehicle, she climbed completely over the console and out the passenger side door, while exclaiming how mad her lawyer was going to be at her. Moss was charged with having an open container, and DUI 2nd, and is free on pre-trial release.

Tourist jailed after biting bouncer at Nudie’s Honky Tonk — Andrew Hunter Munden #VisitMusicCity

24-year-old Andrew ‘Hunter’ Munden was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail early Sunday morning after Metro Nashville Police responded to Nudie’s Honky Tonk after Munden had been kicked out of the bar and continued to cause a disturbance. Police say after being removed from the venue, Munden then attempted to run past the bouncers to re-enter the bar. As they stopped him, he latched his teeth onto one of the bouncers, biting him. The bouncer did not press charges for the assault, however, police took Munden into custody and charged him with public intoxication.

Man charged with DUI after night out with wife, who Ubers home, instead — Cameron Nichols

Police say 32-year-old Cameron Nichols was standing outside his crashed vehicle, which went through a utility pole, when they arrived at Edmonson Pike Saturday night and reeked of alcohol. He explained that he and his wife, Holly Nichols, had been out to dinner, and he consumed two beers and an “old-fashioned” cocktail. His wife had taken an Uber home, but he decided to drive. He provided his credit card when asked for his ID, showed signs of intoxication on all field sobriety tests, and then told officers he had not eaten for “several hours” despite claiming he had just had dinner. Nichols was transported to the Metro Nashville jail, and charged with DUI – driving under the influence. He is free on pre-trial release.

Tourist too drunk for Honky Tonk Central — Blake William Miller charged with public intoxication

24-year-old Blake William Miller was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail Saturday evening just after 8 p.m. as he caused a disturbance at Honky Tonk Central and refused to leave after he was kicked out of the bar. Security eventually had to call Metro Police Officers and encountered Miller, who initially claimed to have left his debit card inside, but then changed his mind about its location, and noticed he was heavily intoxicated. After Miller continued to refuse to leave the premises, he was transported to booking, and charged with public intoxication.
