Brittany Dougan indicted on fraud and theft charges

A Davidson County Grand Jury has indicted 27-year-old Brittany Dougan for Theft of Property and Fraudulent Use of Credit/Debit between July 2021 through May 2022. The indictment alleges the theft was from J & J Services. A Judicial Commissioner set her bond at $20,000.

Nathan Knight indicted for felony theft from Best Supply in Nashville

During July’s Grand Jury term, 31-year-old Nathan Knight was indicted on one theft charge from Best Supply. The indictment states that Nathan knowingly took cash between the amounts of $10,000 to $60,000 from Best Supply between December 2020 and January 2022. He was booked into custody for the charge on August 17th and released on his own recognizance.

Shymese Ford indicted for financially exploiting an elderly adult for over $15,000

A Davidson County Grand Jury has indicted 29-year-old Shymese Brooks Ford with 1 count of financial exploitation of an elderly adult, theft, and 6 counts of forgery. Court records allege she exploited Amanda Lois Long Spencer in September and October of 2021, writing 6 checks from Spencer’s account to herself, totaling $15,850.
