Charles Cavalier III jailed after trespassing in Vanderbilt Hospital to visit his father

34-year-old Charles Louis Cavalier III was caught trespassing in Vanderbilt Hospital on November 12th. Cavalier III was trying to visit his father at the hospital after being told he was not allowed to. Then, he went to his father’s floor but was turned away by security. Officers observed him in the lobby and detained him. Cavalier III was booked on the citation of criminal trespassing on January 31st.

Josie Brown charged with kicking police officer

20-year-old Josie Brown was detained at Vanderbilt Medical Center for disorderly conduct and was cited for assault on an officer on July 6th. The officer reported that while they were attempting to stop another person, Josie kicked them in their thigh. The officer reported they were approximately three feet away from Josie when she kicked him. She was taken to Vanderbilt for her increasingly irate behavior. Josie was booked on the citation this week.

Man charged with public intox & resisting arrest on Vanderbilt Campus — Severin Dean Shultis

Vanderbilt University Police received a call regarding a person at the entrance of Medical Center East who was yelling and tossing items off a desk at the hospital entrance. 24-year-old Severin Shultis was located a short time later on campus and was identified as the person responsible for causing the scene. Police say he was extremely intoxicated and attempted to run around the officer who was placing him under arrest. He is charged with public intoxication and resisting arrest. Shultis is free on pre-trial release.
