Jennifer Estes too drunk for Legends Corner in downtown Nashville

49-year-old Jennifer Estes was kicked out of Legends Corner on Broadway in downtown Nashville late Saturday evening due to her level of intoxication. She continued to try to re-enter the venue and was denied. Nearby officers took note of her drunkenness, and she stated she had been drinking along with taking medication. Officers attempted to contact friends or get her to her home or hotel but were unsuccessful.

Mitchell Phy: Drunkenly attacks police at Nashville International Airport

41-year-old Mitchell Phy was at the Nashville International Airport at noon on Saturday when he fell over. Officers arrived to assist, believing he may be diabetic or having a medical episode, but he advised his issue wasn’t medical in nature but rather a matter of intoxication. He reportedly reeked of alcohol and was unable to even sit up without assistance. He was advised he was being taken into custody for public intoxication and was placed in a wheelchair to be transported to a patrol car. He was told to place his hands behind his back, and he refused and pulled away from officers, then forcefully struck an officer in the forehead. Phy was taken to the ground and cuffed and then kicked another officer in the leg.

Bryan Wingate: “I can’t go back home to her!” as he’s kicked out of gay bar in Nashville

35-year-old Bryan Wingate was kicked out of Nashville’s largest gay nightclub, Play Dance Bar, in the early hours of Sunday morning. He was advised to leave and not return, but he remained on the property. Metro Nashville Police arrived to find Wingate unable to walk and with slurred speech. He told officers, “I can’t go back home to her,” then cursed at the officers, calling them “bitch, and “fucker.” He was yelling and screaming and attempting to fight bar staff. He was transported to booking. It is not known if he went back to ‘her’ after being released from jail.

Canadian Daryl Patjas found drunk and attempting to fight on the Pedestrian Bridge

Metro Police found 30-year-old Canadian Daryl Patjas yelling at and attempting to fight random individuals on the Shelby Street Pedestrian Bridge. He even threatened officers as they responded to the area. Officers got him on his feet, and he was extremely unsteady and intoxicated. He was transported to booking and then given pre-trial release back to Canada.

27-year-old Quenton Paul McSparren was jailed this weekend and now the felony charge of filing a false report after admitting to pulling a fire alarm in the middle of Play Dance Bar just before 1 a.m. Sunday, sending the crowded gay nightclub into a frenzy. McSparren says he was trying to signal for his friend to come back to the dance floor.

Metro Nashville Police say 22-year-old Walter Bryce Harrill got into an argument with another patron at Play Dance Bar on Church Street, and when security attempted to break up the altercation, he punched the employee in the face, leaving an injury and breaking his $655 prescription eyeglasses. Harrill was detained until police arrived, and was heavily intoxicated. He is charged with public intoxication, vandalism, and assault Harrill is free on pre-trial release.

DUI 2ND: Man crashes car after leaving Tribe Bar, flees over fences into backyards — Lynn Flick arrested

Metro Nashville Police say 46-year-old Lynn Flick told them he was coming from drinking “two hard seltzers” at Tribe Bar on Church Street when he crashed his Jeep Liberty into fixtures on McGavock Pike, fled the scene of the wreck, and began hopping fences into backyards. One witness, who provided cell phone video of the incident, says he appeared to be asleep behind the wheel at the time of the crash. As police found him, they noted he was “clumsily” climbing over a fence gate, which was obviously unlocked and he could have simply opened. He is charged with DUI 2nd, and is free on pre-trial release.

23-year-old model & influencer ‘Ty-Logan’ (Ty-Logan Carney II), who goes by @TyYonce on Instagram, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail Wednesday night on an open domestic assault warrant. The warrant details that he and his boyfriend, Pastor D. Dewayne Nolan Jr. were outside Play Dance Bar Monday night “discussing their relationship” when Ty-Logan allegedly became upset, pushed the pastor, then took off his shirt and punched his lover in the face. He is free on a $2,500 bond
