Mt. Juliet Restaurant owner charged in assault of girlfriend — Thomas Courtney arrested, yet again.

The 52-year-old troubled alcoholic Mt. Juliet restaurant owner, Thomas P. Courtney, has been booked into jail yet again and released on his own recognizance, this time after assaulting his girlfriend, leaving her badly bruised. Court records show the pair were driving on I-40 when he began swerving and driving erratically in response to an argument over a text message, and when she attempt to get the car back under control, he crashed the car off the road, pulled her out, and assaulted her by kicking her in the face, leaving her in the mud, locking the car, and walking away from the scene. A Wilson County magistrate released him on his own recognizance, as with most of his other dozen arrests. He was arrested again the following day for violating his Wilson County Probation, has multiple open DUI & other cases in both Wilson County and Nashville, and refuses to abide by interlock restrictions. His license to drive was revoked on 10/08/2021 – if you see him driving in Mt. Juliet, please immediately call the police at 615-754-2550.

Man charged with harassment of ex-boyfriend at courthouse, causing a scene after court — Cobe Hampton #Arrested

23-year-old Cobe Hampton is free on a $1,000 cash bond after causing a scene outside a courtroom earlier this month. Hampton exited the courtroom, and waited in the hallways for his ex-boyfriend to also exit, at which time he became upset and began yelling at him. Security had him leave the area, at which point he again approached the victim outside the courthouse angry and yelling, and had to be detained by security. He is charged with harassment – emotional distress.

Nashville Night Court ruckus: “Hoe, I will kill you!”

Metro Police responded to a domestic disturbance disturbance at Nashville’s temporary Night Court location Saturday morning. Upon arrival they found the victim and her ex-girlfriend, Onneka Crutcher causing a commotion. The victim reports a threat of “Hoe, I will kill you” made by Crutcher.

Angela Pritchard will be in court on Friday, to answer to charges of printing her own money orders. The actual charge is ‘Criminal Simulation over $1,000’, and it’s a Felony. Here’s what happened. Edward Vihsang (AKA Edward  Vinsang), was arrested on Tuesday for a domestic assault – with KETCHUP. According to police documents, Edward was upset with his girlfriend over a guy she had sex with in the past. On Monday morning, Taylor Kane Baker, was in court to to answer to an Indecent Exposure & Contempt of Court charge stemming from a April 24th arrest.
