Man charged with assaulting former employee outside Nashville courthouse — Robert Joiner arrested

57-year-old Robert Keith Joiner was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail Tuesday on an outstanding warrant alleging he grabbed a former employee by the neck as he was exiting the courthouse and pushed him into a wall where he continued to assault the victim and take his cell phone, which he was using to record. The victim was treated for a hip and head contusion at a local hospital. A commissioner released Joiner, who is from Colorado, on his own recognizance without posting a bond.

Mike McCary Sentenced: 11/29 in Jail

Last month we reported on Mike McCary being arrested on an outstanding violation of probation charge on one of his previous DUI charges. East Nashvillian Mike McCary, of W Kirkland Ave, was taken into custody at 8:05 PM Thursday evening, on an outstanding Violation of Probation warrant, in regards to his 2016 DUI (2nd Offense) Case. McCary is also on Probation for a 2016 DUI (3rd Offense) case. Earlier this week, we showed you video of a Dodge Challenger speeding through a stop sign on Montgomery Ave in East Nashville. Late Friday evening the driver, Alexander Frazier (age 22), was arrested and charged with Agg Assault w/Deadly Weapon after a WKRN news crew was filming at the intersection when he drove by several times, speeding and once again not stopping, and intimidating the news crew and neighbors.
