Kenneth Traylor, a 46-year-old a correctional officer at the Davidson County Sheriff’s office has been arrested for beating an inmate in the face, in a January incident at the jail. He was arrested late Tuesday evening, and near immediately freed on pre-trial release.
Kenneth Johnson has been in a Davidson County Jail since July of 2017, yet on Friday night he was found with Fentanyl and tobacco in what many call his ‘prison pocket’.
Metro Nashville is set to settle an excessive use-of-force lawsuit against the Davidson County Sheriff’s Department for $110,000.00, with an additional $50,000.00 allotted for attorney fees.
