Douglas Alan Crews was taken into custody Sunday, March 31st – the day before his 48th birthday, for a warrant that’s been outstanding for 20 years. On July of 1999, Commissioner Houston Hagar signed a warrant for Crews’ arrest, charging him with a felony drug offense.
